Plot Summary
Arjun Sarkaar (Nani), a seasoned HIT (Homicide Intervention Team) officer from Visakhapatnam, is first posted in Jammu & Kashmir, where he investigates a series of brutal murders exhibiting unusual methods. These murders are later echoed in killings across India, linked to a sinister dark-web cult known as CTK (Capture, Torture, Kill).
To uncover CTK’s network, Arjun infiltrates the group by committing and streaming two staged murders of pedophiles—effectively earning his entry into their deadly ritualized circle . Shortly afterward, he’s reassigned to Visakhapatnam, along with colleagues ASP Varsha and Mrudula (Srinidhi Shetty), who begin to notice anomalies in Arjun’s behavior.
Arjun can trace CTK’s operations to an annual gathering in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh—the secret meeting of CTK leaders, orchestrated by the cult’s feared leader, Alpha (played by Prateik Babbar)
At this gathering, Arjun infiltrates undercover and faces a brutal test: CTK forces members to kill a child as a rite of passage. Through his courage and calculated violence, Arjun exposes himself as a cop and neutralizes Alpha’s key henchmen—including saving a nine-month‑old hostage. A massive showdown ensues, with backup from Hyderabad’s HIT team eventually striking down Alpha and dismantling the cult hideout
The investigation uncovers CTK’s true motive: harvesting endocrine glands from victims, used to manufacture a potent pharmaceutical drug marketed—deceptively—as Viagra—to the wealthy. Shocking alliances emerge between CTK and a Swedish pharma corporation .
In a twist, Arjun realizes that Samuel Joseph—a fellow prisoner who saved him earlier—is the mastermind behind CTK, running operations under the guise of an NGO. Arjun had intentionally entered prison to kill him, which he does.
