Plot Summary
Set in the mid‑20th century, the story begins on Krishna Jayanthi when a baby boy, marked by a trident‑shaped scar, is born. This child, Paarivel “Paari” Kannan, is adopted by Sandhya and her gangster husband Thilagan in Thoothukudi. While Sandhya raises him lovingly, Thilagan never truly accepts him—till Paari proves his loyalty by saving Thilagan’s life in a dramatic ambush .

Years later, Paari escapes from prison and embarks on a perilous quest to find Rukmini. His journey leads him to the Andaman Islands, where he uncovers a brutal cult known as Kaala Kuthirai. Led by the tyrannical Michael “King” Randam, the cult exploits people through deadly arena battles and organ trafficking.
In a gripping finale, Paari confronts both the cult and his adoptive father, confronting the violent legacies that shaped them. With violence pushing both ruin and redemption, Paari ultimately dismantles the cult’s rule and rescues its victims . Recognizing his son’s transformation, Thilagan reconciles with him, and Paari finally reunites with Rukmini.
